Terms of Use.

Ponto is a subscription website service for service businesses. You give us your business details, we build the site and keep it online while your subscription is active.

There is no setup fee. You pay to keep the site online, on the Monthly or Yearly plan.

Only the business owner or someone they authorized. By accepting these terms you state that you are the owner or an authorized representative and that the information you sent is true.

To publish, we require your WhatsApp number confirmed by code, acceptance of these terms and a confirmed payment. We never create sites for businesses that did not ask.

Once built, the site stays in a free preview for a limited time, on a temporary address that is hidden from Google. Some markets include a trial period, shown before you subscribe.

Plan prices appear on the pricing page and at checkout. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe (or Asaas in Brazil).

If the preview ends without payment, we keep the site for 30 days so you can reactivate it without starting over. After that it is archived.

Before subscribing you can make set choices: style, colors, solo or team mode and answers to simple questions.

After subscribing, the editing assistant makes changes over WhatsApp or in your dashboard: text, services, photos, contacts, sections and colors. Every change creates a preview and only goes live with your approval. You can roll back to an earlier version.

Requests outside this scope, such as an online store with a cart, a members area or integrations with other systems, are not part of the subscription and can be quoted separately.

Your domain and the raw content of the site (text, photos, logo and brand) belong 100% to you. You can export that content at any time.

The infrastructure, the engine that builds and serves the site, the design templates and the assistant technology belong to Ponto and are licensed to you while the subscription is active. Ponto does not sell a .zip file of your site: the subscription is the service of keeping it online, fast and up to date.

You authorize us to host, adapt and display your content only to provide the service.

Site text is written with the help of artificial intelligence based on the details you provide. The AI does not create phone numbers, addresses, prices, hours or reviews: those only appear if they came from you.

Review the site before publishing. You are responsible for what you approve and can ask for changes at any time.

To make signup easier we use Google Maps Platform (Places API) to find your business and suggest details. By using this feature you also agree to the Google Maps Additional Terms and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

We only store the place identifier (place_id). Google suggestions are not saved: only what you confirm or type counts. If you decline the suggestions, nothing from the suggested place is used.

If your site shows Google reviews, they load live with the attribution Google requires and are not stored by us.

You may not use Ponto for illegal, misleading or offensive content, to impersonate another business or to publish other people's data without permission.

When you upload photos, you state that you have the right to use them and that identifiable people agreed. Photos go through automatic moderation.

Regulated professions (health, law, accounting) must follow their professional advertising rules. We do not publish promises of results.

If a payment is late we send reminders during the first days and the site stays online. From day 6 the site shows a temporary maintenance page. At 30 days late the subscription is cancelled and the domain is disconnected.

You can cancel anytime in your dashboard or by sending CANCEL to the assistant. The site stays online until the end of the period already paid.

Every site has a “Not your site? Let us know” link in its footer. A person on our team reviews each report. We may take a site offline while we review a serious report.

We work to keep sites online at all times, but interruptions may happen due to maintenance or supplier failures. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law grants you.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. For data shown on your site and visitor data, Ponto acts as a processor following your instructions as controller.

We may update these terms. We give advance notice of important changes by WhatsApp or the email on file. Each version has a number and date, and we record which version you accepted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
